Order Cancellation
Before Processing:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement
- To cancel, contact us immediately at gooddaytoloveyou@gmail.com
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation in your request
After Processing:
- Orders that have entered our fulfillment process cannot be cancelled
- Once shipped, our Return Policy applies instead of cancellation
- We'll do our best to accommodate urgent cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis
